酒莊介紹：Blank Canvas 係新西蘭出名嘅釀酒師Matt Thomson同葡萄酒大師Sophie Parker-Thomson 創立嘅，佢哋有成近40年嘅釀酒經驗。只整特色鮮明、小產量嘅精品葡萄酒，係新西蘭先鋒派葡萄酒嘅代表。
